Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Timo Steinke, Ant Waterwark 22b, 26524 Hage, Germany, concerning the Semper Communis service. They are not an agreement between you and Roblox Corporation. Contact: [email protected].

By accessing or using Semper Communis, or authorizing its OAuth application, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Roblox Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service and revoke its Roblox authorization.

Semper Communis provides account authentication, group-based authorization, internal documentation and related tools for the Semper Communis Roblox project. Some areas may be restricted according to Roblox identity, group membership or role. You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent.

The service requests the read-only scopes openid, profile andgroup:read. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions shown by Roblox before granting access. You may revoke authorization through Roblox account settings. Revocation may prevent features that require authentication or group access from working.

You may connect only an account you are authorized to use. You must not provide Roblox credentials directly to Semper Communis; authentication is performed by Roblox.

You must not use Semper Communis to:

• violate law, the Roblox Terms, Community Standards or third-party rights;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your permissions;
• circumvent access controls, probe accounts or obtain unauthorized data;
• interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or automate abusive requests;
• sell, scrape, profile or improperly share Roblox user information; or
• use information obtained through the service for advertising or AI-model training.

Roblox is not affiliated in any way with Timo Steinke or Semper Communis and is not responsible or liable for any person's use of or access to Semper Communis. Roblox has no obligation to provide maintenance, technical support or any other support for this service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by using Semper Communis you waive and release all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses against Roblox arising from or related to Semper Communis. Nothing on this website may be understood as approval, sponsorship or endorsement by Roblox.

The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued, and features or access criteria may change. We aim to operate it securely and reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. Maintenance and security measures may require temporary restrictions without prior notice.

Semper Communis software, documentation, design and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. Roblox names, marks, services and content belong to Roblox or their respective owners; no rights in them are granted by these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is processed. You are responsible for the security of your Roblox account and browser session. Notify us at [email protected] if you reasonably suspect unauthorized use involving Semper Communis.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, enforce these Terms, comply with Roblox requirements or law, or address suspected abuse. You may stop using the service at any time by logging out and revoking OAuth access. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Semper Communis is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no implied warranties are given. The provider is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage caused by breach of an essential contractual obligation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Mandatory statutory venue rules remain unaffected. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
